Following her son’s second birthday, actress Jenna Fischer has sold her Studio City home for $2.015 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. The contemporary, Spanish-style abode has 4 bedrooms, including a nursery, and 4 baths in 3,490 square feet.
Best known for her role as Pam Halper on “The Office,” Fischer began her acting career in professional theater while attending college in Missouri. She married screenwriter Lee Kirk in 2009, the same year she reportedly bought the Studio City property for $1.83 million.
Perched on a third of an acre at 3774 Alta Mesa Dr, Studio City, CA 91604, the home makes an inviting statement with a Mediterranean courtyard and Moroccan-style fountain. Inside, the 2009-built house boasts a large kitchen with high-end appliances and a wide window with views of the surrounding landscape and city lights.
“Rarely do you find a hillside home with incredible view and a backyard, while also being minutes from shopping and [film] studios,” wrote Rodeo Realty’s Louis Woolf in the listing description.
The home was first listed on the Studio City real estate market in August for $1.988 million. Fischer and Kirk also own a home in Glendale, CA.
